Jack Kenny, Co-Founder, has more than 25 years experience in the securities and investment banking business. Mr. Kenny has a law degree from Laclede School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University. Mr. Kenny has advised numerous start-up and early stage companies helping them work through financial, corporate structuring and general business issues critical for their success.
Lars Scott,Co-Founder, has more than 15 years experience in project development, finance and engineering. Mr. Scott has a Master's of Business Administration from Indiana University and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University. Prior to forming Secure Energy, Mr. Scott spent 8 years working for Peabody Energy in various departments including M&A, Coal Sales, Mining Decision Support, Generation Development, Government Affairs, and Coal Technology Development.
Larry Luber, Vice President-Construction, has more than 25 years experience in construction management and construction law. Mr. Luber has a law degree from The University of Memphis (Memphis State) and Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Southeast Missouri State. Prior to joining Secure Energy, Mr. Luber spent 10 years at the Mills Corporation where he was in charge of all construction contracts, insurance, safety, labor and project close-out. During this time, Mills completed approximately $10 billion of new construction projects across the United States. Prior to joining Mills, Mr. Luber was a partner in the construction practice group of the Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale law firm.
Tom Goessling, Director-Business Development, has more than 23 years experience in the chemical sales & manufacturing industry. Mr. Goessling attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Prior to joining Secure Energy, Mr. Goessling spent 8 years as a marketing representative for Schaeffer Oil Co. Prior to joining Schaeffer, Mr. Goessling worked as a plant manager for Hadco Chemical.
Gary Crull, Director-Environmental, has over 35 years experience in environmental compliance and industrial manufacturing. Mr. Crull holds a Bachelor of Science from Marycrest College (Physical Sciences and Business). Prior to joining Secure Energy, Mr. Crull spent 35 years in various roles for Caterpillar Inc. in Decatur, Illinois and Davenport, Iowa, including: Management of all environmental programs for a 2.8 million sq. ft. facility with over 5,000 employees.
Christopher Maloney, Director-Operations, has 17 years of operations and management experience including procurement, project management and design/build-out of office facilities. Mr. Maloney attended St. Louis Community College. Prior to joining Secure Energy, Mr. Maloney was a project manager for Centene Corp. where he worked on over 72 new and expanded office locations.
